排污严重超标、屡查屡犯…这5家排污单位被挂牌督办 Feb 13th 2019, 17:59 　　中新网2月13日电 据生态环境部网站消息，生态环境部近日决定对北京市丰台区污水处理设施管理所、黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市拜泉北控水务有限公司、江西省南昌市白水湖污水处理厂、甘肃省兰州兰石集团有限公司和新疆阿勒泰地区富蕴县富宏供排水有限责任公司等5家排污单位严重超标排污环境违法问题挂牌督办。
