宁夏出台民办教育发展专项资金管理办法 Feb 13th 2019, 19:34 　　中新网银川2月13日电 (于翔 李佩珊)记者13日从宁夏教育厅获悉，为加强和规范宁夏民办教育专项资金管理，提高资金使用效益，促进民办教育事业发展，宁夏财政厅和教育厅联合出台《宁夏回族自治区民办教育发展专项资金管理办法》。该办法自2019年3月1日起施行，有效期至2022年2月28日。
