不狠摆不平，狠过了就成村霸！"狠人治村"你怎么看 Feb 14th 2019, 09:48 　　面对难缠的人和事，为了促进村里发展，有的村干部不得不采取一些狠招，恩威并施；有的村干部为了达到目的，明知违法违规，还是不择手段，采取打折腿、点燃车等暴力方式。威胁，恐吓，逼迫，甚至暴力，狠人用狠招，在乡村治理过程中并不鲜见，这凸显了乡村治理法治化、规范化的现实难题。
